2025 Spring NFL Flag

This is a 5x5 flag football league. Athletes will be assigned to coaches and teams based on their address and age. Athletic teams are built based on the age of the athlete as of Jan 1 of the birth year. Teams are made up of 10 athletes and two coaches. We guarantee team locale for all athletes that are registered prior to the registration deadline. We offer single gender and co ed teams for kids ages 9-15.
