Financial Aid policies and procedures. 
At MSS, we’re about more than just football—we’re about creating meaningful connections and unforgettable experiences.  Together, we’re giving everyone something to look forward to—on and off the field. We are actively seeking donations and sponsorships from community partners to support our kids.  We provide payment plans, partial and full scholarships to students who are need of assistance with their registration fees.

PAYMENT PLANS: 
        Secure your  spot today by paying a deposit of $75 (+merchant fees). By using this option, you can register before the league fills up.  The remaining payments will automatically charge to the card on file each month for the next 3 months.  

        SCHOLARSHIPS:  
1. complete the registration process, choose the 2. payment plan option and 3. pay the initial  deposit.

"NFL FLAG FUND-INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT GRANT"

The NFL FLAG FUND offers financial assistance for NFL FLAG participants nationwide. A parent or legal guardian of the participant must complete the application to be considered for the 2025 NFL FLAG FUND grant cycle. 

Application Acknowledgments: 

• The participant's parent or legal guardian must be the one completing the application. 
• Funding is only provided for participants of NFL FLAG programs and funds will not be provided for other flag football programs. 
• The NFL FLAG FUND has limited funding and submitting an application does not guarantee receiving financial support. 
• Incomplete applications will automatically be declined. 
• Receiving funding for one season does not guarantee I will receive funding for future seasons. 
• Financial assistance is only available for upcoming seasons and cannot be used to reimburse previous registrations. 
• To be eligible for financial assistance, your annual household income must be less than the median national average of $80,610*, and the participant must be enrolled in Medicaid, SNAP or WIC. Proof of both will be required. 
• All funds will be sent directly to your league operator and not to the parent/guardian.

        RETURNING PLAYER DISCOUNT: 
         Athletes that have played or participated in any Mind Shift Sports leagues or camps will get a $25 discount off registration fees. 
      
         FRIENDS AND FAMILY DISCOUNT:
        Refer a friend or family member to our league and get a $10 discount on paid registration fees. The discount is applied once all fees are paid in full. If you are on a payment plan your last payment will be reduced by $10.

Fees are 100% refundable up until uniforms are ordered on 2/1/2025 @ 8am.  Once uniforms and equipment have been ordered, refunds are reduced by the cost of the equipment to the company.  If you received a scholarship, those funds will be allocated to a player on the waiting list.  Unfortunately, you cannot receive refunds  for something you didn't originally pay for.
